DAY 10: 21-Minute Routine

You did it!

Ten days of showing up for yourself every morning—that’s a big deal. Most people tend to quit new habits within the first 7–14 days, especially if the habit feels overwhelming or lacks structure. So reaching 10 days is genuinely a big achievement—it shows commitment and momentum! Bravo of being still here, creating space for movement, breath, and a fresh start each day.

This is already more than a week of choosing your new routine which is slowly becoming part of your lifestyle. Let this milestone remind you: you’re capable of showing up—and you’re just getting started.

Pssst! Tomorrow, on our challenge day number 11, we will have a new Glow Booster coming up. You can prepare two tea spoons, and put them into freezer already today.

1. Wake Up & Re-fresh - 5 minutes

Goal: Get refreshed.

Task: Wake up with the first alarm - no snooze.

Task: Make your bed.

Task: Open a window or step outside for fresh air.

Task: Go to the bathroom, and brush your teeth.

Task: Splash cool water on your face.


2. Hydration – 2 min

Goal: Hydrate the body.

Task: Drink a glass of water minimum 2 dl room temperature by sipping it down slowly.


3. Movement - 6 minutes

Goal: Improve your full core, and engage with your body.

Task: Do the movement practice 10.0

4. Breathing Exercises - 2 minutes

Goal: Calm the mind and prepare the day ahead.

Task: Deep belly breathing or 4-7-8 technique > inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8.


5. Face Yoga - 4 minutes

Goal: Natural lip booster! Wow, you notice the difference right after!

6. Mindset - 2 minutes

Goal: Build a calm, positive, and productive mindset.

Task: set a positive intention or affirmation for the day. Say it aloud to the mirror.
