DAY 11: 21-Minute Routine


You’re in the Flow!

Today is about trusting the process. Even if you don’t feel the full shift yet, something inside you is changing. Keep choosing this time for yourself each morning.

Small steps, big glow.

Today we’re doing a refreshing Face Yoga session focused on the eyes, and a GLOW BOOSTER VOL 2 is coming up: cooling spoons! Check the instructions from the sidebar.

If you haven’t put them in the freezer yet, do it now and let them cool till you´ve done the face yoga routine of the day. Then take them out and give your face some extra soothing treatment.

1. Wake Up & Re-fresh - 5 minutes

Goal: Get refreshed.

Task: Wake up with the first alarm - no snooze.

Task: Make your bed.

Task: Open a window or step outside for fresh air.

Task: Go to the bathroom, and brush your teeth.

Task: Splash cool water on your face.


2. Hydration – 1 min

Goal: Hydrate the body.

Task: Drink a glass of water minimum 2 dl room temperature by sipping it down slowly.


3. Movement - 5 minutes

Goal: Activate your flanks, boost you core.

Task: Do the movement practice 11.0

5. Face Yoga - 7 minutes

Goal: Reduce puffiness and tiredness on your eyes.

5. GLOW BOOSTER - 2 MINUTE

6. Mindset - 1 minutes

Goal: Build a calm, positive, and productive mindset.

Task: set a positive intention or affirmation for the day. Say it aloud to the mirror.

 Your affirmation of the day:
