You’re Glowing Forward

Day 12 is here, and we’re glowing forward with strength and ease!

By now, your morning routine might be starting to feel more natural—maybe even something you look forward to. That’s the glow of momentum. Let today be gentle, present, and nourishing. You’re not just building a habit—you’re shaping a new baseline for your life.

Today, we’ll repeat two exercises I’ve personally loved the most. Which one has been your favourite so far? I’d love to hear!

1. Wake Up & Re-fresh - 5 minutes

Goal: Get refreshed.

Task: Wake up with the first alarm - no snooze.

Task: Make your bed.

Task: Open a window or step outside for fresh air.

Task: Go to the bathroom, and brush your teeth.

Task: Splash cool water on your face.


2. Hydration – 2 min

Goal: Hydrate the body.

Task: Drink a glass of water minimum 2 dl room temperature by sipping it down slowly.


3. Movement - 3 minutes

Goal: Boost your mood, and mobility with my favourite morning routine!

4. Breathing Exercises - 2 minutes

Goal: Calm the mind and prepare the day ahead.

Task: Deep belly breathing or 4-7-8 technique > inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8.


5. Face Yoga - 8 minutes

Goal: Reduce tension in your forehead and reduce horizontal lines.

6. Mindset - 1 minutes

Goal: Build a calm, positive, and productive mindset.

Task: set a positive intention or affirmation for the day. Say it aloud to the mirror.
