You’re Glowing Strong – Week 2 Complete!
A huge bravo for showing up again and completing your second week of our 21-day journey! At this point, you’ve gone beyond just trying something new—you’re starting to live the new routine it. That’s powerful.
Weekends are a chance to soften, breathe a little slower, and reflect on the shift that’s happening within you. This week’s sessions continued to build on your energy, calm, and glow—from face and body movement to grounding habits and simple rituals that bring you back to yourself.
As we move into the final week, keep focusing on your feelings even more: How is your energy? Are you more present? Do you feel confident?

1. Wake Up & Re-fresh - 5 minutes
Goal: Get refreshed.
Task: Wake up with the first alarm - no snooze.
Task: Make your bed.
Task: Open a window or step outside for fresh air.
Task: Go to the bathroom, and brush your teeth.
Task: Splash cool water on your face.
2. Hydration – 2 min
Goal: Hydrate the body.
Task: Drink a glass of water minimum 2 dl room temperature by sipping it down slowly.
3. Movement - 2 minutes
Goal: Morning shake - Boost your lymphatic drainage, and reduce heaviness on your body.
Task: Do the movement practice 13.0

4. Breathing Exercises - 2 minutes
Goal: Calm the mind and prepare the day ahead.
Task: Deep belly breathing or 4-7-8 technique > inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8.
5. Face Yoga - 8 minutes
Goal: Reduce tension in your neck and jawline.
Task: face yoga routine

6. Mindset - 2 minutes
Goal: Build a calm, and caring mindset.
Task: set a positive intention or affirmation for the day. Say it aloud to the mirror.
