DAY 16: 21-Minute Routine
Lift & Connect—Today we’re giving love to two powerful areas: your neck and jawline with a relaxing Face Yoga massage, and your core and hips with slow, deep movement to strengthen from the center.
These mindful exercises support facial posture, tone the chin and jaw, and build inner stability. If you have any issues with your hip or pelvis, reduce the movement and take it slow.
I hope these exercises will make you feel the connected.

1. Wake Up & Re-fresh - 5 minutes
Goal: Get refreshed.
Task: Wake up with the first alarm - no snooze.
Task: Make your bed.
Task: Open a window or step outside for fresh air.
Task: Go to the bathroom, and brush your teeth.
Task: Splash cool water on your face.
2. Hydration – 2 min
Goal: Hydrate the body.
Task: Drink a glass of water minimum 2 dl room temperature by sipping it down slowly.
3. Movement - 4 minutes
Goal: Boost your core.

Goal: Relax tension on your neck, chin and jawline, improve your facial posture.

Task: set a positive intention or affirmation for the day. Say it aloud to the mirror.
