DAY 17: 21-Minute Routine

Boost & Shake!—We’re waking things up today—starting a fun full-body shake to boost circulation and release tension followed by an eyebrow and upper eyelid lifting workout to energize and open up the eyes. Yey! One of my favourite routines.

I’m getting a bit emotional knowing that our three-week Glow Challenge is coming to an end soon… but let’s enjoy in these last days with great energy and joy!

And remember—this isn’t the end. It’s the beginning of something bigger: a well-built habit that lasts.

1. Wake Up & Re-fresh - 5 minutes

Goal: Get refreshed.

Task: Wake up with the first alarm - no snooze.

Task: Make your bed.

Task: Open a window or step outside for fresh air.

Task: Go to the bathroom, and brush your teeth.

Task: Splash cool water on your face.


2. Hydration – 2 min

Goal: Hydrate the body.

Task: Drink a glass of water minimum 2 dl room temperature by sipping it down slowly.


3. Movement - 4 minutes

Goal: Work your hip, waste and pelvic floor.

Task: Do the movement practice 9.0

4. Breathing Exercises - 2 minutes

Goal: Calm the mind and prepare the day ahead.

Task: Breathing 4-4-4 technique.

Here’s how to do it: Inhale through your nose for 4 second, Hold your breath for 4 seconds, Exhale slowly through your mouth for 4 seconds. Repeat the cycle for a few minutes, or as long as it feels good


 5. Face Yoga - 8 minutes

Goal: Give yourself a natural face lift.
