DAY 2: 21-Minute Routine

Good morning, it’s Day 2!

One step at a time—you’re doing beautifully. Let today be light, simple, and just for you.

Notes: Tomorrow morning, we’re adding our very first Glow Boosting task: Ice Cube Facial. It´s my favourite depuffing and refreshing treatment! You can already check the protocol from GLOW BOOSTER 1 link below, and prepare the ice cubes in the freezer.

1. Wake Up & Re-fresh - 5 minutes

Goal: Get refreshed.

Task: wake up with the first alarm - no snooze.

Task: make your bed.

Task: go to the bathroom, brush your teeth.

Task: splash cool water on your face.

Task: open a window or step outside for fresh air.


2. Hydration – 2 min

Goal: Hydrate the body.

Task: drink a glass of water minimum of 2 dl room temperature by sipping it down slowly.


3. Movement - 4 minutes

Goal: Boost your energy, confidence, and flow for the day ahead.

4. Breathing Exercises - 2 minutes

Goal: Calm the mind and prepare the day ahead.

Task: deep belly breathing or 4-7-8 technique > inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8.

5. Face Yoga - 7 minutes

Goal: Reduce tension in your frownlines, bring in some relaxation, improve circulation, and prepare the skin for the day.

Task: do the face yoga practice 2.0.

6. Mindset - 1 minutes

Goal: Build a calm, positive, and productive mindset.

Task: set a positive intention or affirmation for the day. Say it aloud to the mirror.
