DAY 20: 21-Minute Routine
Day 20 – So Close! We’re nearly at the end—just two more mornings to go! Today, I invite you to be fully present and gently reflect on how you feel. What’s shifted in your energy, your mindset, or your habits?
I’m so grateful you’ve come this far! It takes real courage to learn a new habit, and commit to yourself like this. To show up day after day, even when it’s not easy and feel like a real challenge. I hope you feel proud—because I certainly am.
Today our body workout is one of my personal favourites of all the exercises we´ve done so far; the hip and deep core session. Face yoga session is focused on relaxing our jaw and biting muscles—something you have requested! I hope it brings you some TLC.

1. Wake Up & Re-fresh - 5 minutes
Goal: Get refreshed.
Task: Wake up with the first alarm - no snooze.
Task: Make your bed.
Task: Open a window or step outside for fresh air.
Task: Go to the bathroom, and brush your teeth.
Task: Splash cool water on your face.
2. Hydration – 2 min
Goal: Hydrate the body.
Task: Drink a glass of water minimum 2 dl room temperature by sipping it down slowly.
3. Movement - 4 minutes
Goal: Work your core, hip and waste, deepend the connection.
Task: Do the movement practice 15.0

4. Breathing Exercises - 2 minutes
Goal: Calm the mind and prepare the day ahead.
Task: Breathing 4-4-4 technique.
Here’s how to do it: Inhale through your nose for 4 second, Hold your breath for 4 seconds, Exhale slowly through your mouth for 4 seconds. Repeat the cycle for a few minutes, or as long as it feels good
5. Face Yoga - 5 minutes
Goal: TLC for your jawline and biting muscles. This is for you who is grinding your teeth! Hope you like it!

6. Mindset - 2 minutes
Goal: Build a calm, relaxing, and grateful mindset.
Task: set a positive intention or affirmation for the day. Say it aloud to the mirror.
