This Is Just the Beginning.

You made it—21 days of showing up, moving with intention, and giving yourself the care you truly deserve. I hope you feel proud, because you have built you GLOW from within.

Today’s morning routine is about honouring your journey. We’ll move gently, breathe deeply, and hold space for gratitude. No matter how your days looked, you kept going. And that’s your super power, which will take you far!

This is not the end, but the foundation of FLOW for something lasting. A loving way to start your days—with presence, energy, and joy.

1. Wake Up & Re-fresh - 5 minutes

Goal: Get refreshed.

Task: Wake up with the first alarm - no snooze.

Task: Make your bed.

Task: Open a window or step outside for fresh air.

Task: Go to the bathroom, and brush your teeth.

Task: Splash cool water on your face.


2. Hydration – 2 min

Goal: Hydrate the body.

Task: Drink a glass of water minimum 2 dl room temperature by sipping it down slowly.


3. Movement - 5 minutes

Goal: Work your waste, sides, and core. Build connection to your inner self.

Task: Do the movement practice 11.0

4. Breathing Exercises - 2 minutes

Goal: Calm the mind and prepare the day ahead.

Task: deep belly breathing or 4-7-8 technique > inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8.

Goal: Relax your neck and scalp.

6. Mindset - 1 minutes

Goal: Build a calm, relaxing, and grateful mindset.

Task: set a positive intention or affirmation for the day. Say it aloud to the mirror.
