DAY 5: 21-Minute Routine
Day 5 – You’re Doing Amazing!
You’ve made it to Day 5 – and that’s something to be proud of. You’re showing up, even when it’s a little challenging. And that’s where the change happens. Transformation never feels easy, especially in the beginning. But remember: every small effort you make is creating momentum. Don’t worry about being perfect – just keep focusing on the good. On how your body feels after moving. On how your mind feels after taking just a few moments for you.
Today we’ve got my all-time favourite 3-minute movement practice – it’s short, sweet, and energizing. And to round off the week, we’ll finish with soothing eye care Face Yoga. It’s the perfect combo to refresh tired eyes and calm your busy mind.

1. Wake Up & Re-fresh - 5 minutes
Goal: Get refreshed.
Task: Wake up with the first alarm - no snooze.
Task: Make your bed.
Task: Open a window or step outside for fresh air.
Task: Go to the bathroom, and brush your teeth.
Task: Splash cool water on your face.
2. Hydration – 2 min
Goal: Hydrate the body.
Task: Drink a glass of water minimum 2 dl room temperature by sipping it down slowly.
3. Movement - 3 minutes
Goal: Boost your energy, confidence, and flow for the day ahead with the legendary exercise called Radio Taiso. This 100-year-old Japanese morning tradition is my absolutely favourite. It is practiced through generations at 6 am every morning from the young to elderly. LOVE THIS! Hope you will too.
Task: Do the movement practice 5.0

4. Breathing Exercises - 2 minutes
Goal: Calm the mind and prepare for the day ahead.
Task: box breathing or 4-4-4 technique > inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4.
5. Face Yoga - 7 minutes
Goal: Improve your tired eyes.
Task: face yoga routine

6. Mindset - 2 minutes
Goal: Build a calm, positive, and productive mindset.
Task: set a positive intention or affirmation for the day. Say it aloud to the mirror.
