DAY 6: 21-Minute Routine
Time for a Reset.
Happy Saturday! Today we’re introducing a wonderful lymphatic tapping technique – maybe it’s new to you, but don’t worry, it’s super simple and feels amazing. It takes less than 2 minutes, yet it can work real magic by waking up your system and supporting your natural glow from within.
After that, we’ll flow into some beautiful Face Yoga, perfect for lifting, energizing, and gently resetting the face after a long week. I wish you the most peaceful and refreshing weekend ahead.
Remember: you don’t always need to do more – sometimes, the most powerful thing is to simply relax, breathe, and reset.
Keep showing up for yourself.
