DAY 7: 21-Minute Routine
You Did It!
A big thank you for showing up and completing the first week of our 21-day journey! That’s something to celebrate. Sunday is the perfect day to slow down, breathe deeper, and treat yourself with care. Today’s exercises are all about soft, nourishing movement – designed to help you feel grounded, calm, and connected.

1. Wake Up & Re-fresh - 5 minutes
Goal: Get refreshed.
Task: Wake up with the first alarm - no snooze.
Task: Make your bed.
Task: Open a window or step outside for fresh air.
Task: Go to the bathroom, and brush your teeth.
Task: Splash cool water on your face.
2. Hydration - 1 min
Goal: Hydrate the body.
Task: Drink a glass of water minimum 2 dl room temperature by sipping it down slowly.
3. GLOW BOOSTER - 5 MIN
Let´s try something new: 5 Minute meditation for positive mindset and energy.
Here’s how to do it:
Sit in a comfortable position.
Inhale, and exhale…
Allow yourself this moment, do not force—just be.
4. Movement - 4 minutes
Goal: Relax your body, improve circulation, concentrate on your breathing.
Task: Do the movement practice 7.0
