DAY 8: 21-Minute Routine
Woohoo — it’s Monday and Week 2 is here! You’re doing amazing. Let’s keep that glow going.
New movements and fresh energy are coming your way this week. Keep showing up — you’re building something beautiful.

1. Wake Up & Re-fresh - 5 minutes
Goal: Get refreshed.
Task: Wake up with the first alarm - if you´re still snoozing, this is your week try not to!
Task: Make your bed.
Task: Open a window or step outside for fresh air.
Task: Go to the bathroom, and brush your teeth.
Task: Splash cool water on your face. Remember to change your facial towel every 2-3 days.
2. Hydration – 2 min
Goal: Hydrate the body.
Task: Drink a glass of water minimum 2 dl room temperature by sipping it down slowly.
Tip: Maybe you would like to add some lemon, cucumber, or mint leaves to it!
3. Movement - 4 minutes
Goal: Activate your core; hip & pelvic floor for better posture.
Task: Do the movement practice 8.0

4. Breathing Exercises - 2 minutes
Goal: Calm the mind and prepare the day ahead.
Task: Deep belly breathing or 4-7-8 technique > inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8.
5. Face Yoga - 7 minutes
Goal: Lift your mid face, nasolabia and marionette folds.

6. Mindset - 1 minutes
Goal: Build a calm, positive, and productive mindset.
Task: set a positive intention or affirmation for the day. Say it aloud to the mirror.
Your affirmation of the day:
“I welcome this new week with calm energy, open heart, and clear purpose. I trust the flow of life and know that every step I take is guiding me toward growth, joy, and alignment.”
