DAY 9: 21-Minute Routine
Stand in Your Power - This morning, remind yourself: by showing up each day, even in small ways, you’re strengthening something powerful: trust in yourself. Whether your glow today is gentle or radiant, it’s yours. And that is enough. If you feel lack of energy today, maybe this routine will bring you that—on the other hand, remember it´s very important to listen to your body, and not to force it. Allow yourself navigate through, and improvise whenever needed.
I hope you like today´s natural face lifting face yoga session! I love to do it especially before a special moments, like big celebrations. It uplifts your whole mindset!

1. Wake Up & Re-fresh - 5 minutes
Goal: Get refreshed.
Task: Wake up with the first alarm - no snooze (already managing this?)
Task: Make your bed.
Task: Open a window or step outside for fresh air. Now with warm mornings, this feels incredible good!
Task: Go to the bathroom, and brush your teeth.
Task: Splash cool water on your face. Maybe crab an ice cube and massage your face awake. Hint!
2. Hydration – 2 min
Goal: Hydrate the body.
Task: Drink a glass of water minimum 2 dl room temperature by sipping it down slowly.
3. Movement - 4 minutes
Goal: Boost your core.
Task: Do the movement practice 6.0

5. Face Yoga - 8 minutes
Goal: Lift your face! I looove this exercise. My absolute go to session when I need that extra confidence. Hope you like it!

6. Mindset - 2 minutes
Goal: Build a calm, positive, and productive mindset.
Task: set a confident intention for the day. Say it aloud to the mirror, and then take your time to truly be with yourself for a minute. Breathe in, feel how the air fills up your lungs, and then breathe out by focusing on releasing any negativity you might hold within.
