WELCOME TO WEEK 2!

You’ve already shown up for yourself for a full week — I hope you’ve enjoyed our GLOW ride so far!

Because it’s important that this course supports you, I’d truly appreciate it if you took a moment to share how you’re feeling after Week 1. Thank you so much for leaving me a little note below.

Now it’s time to build on that energy. We’re shifting from starting a habit to strengthening it. Let each small choice—wake-up & refresh, movement, breathing, Face Yoga, and affirmations—remind you that you’re creating space for clarity, calm, and confidence.

This week, something new is coming in our movement sessions: we’ll focus more on the core, which plays a key role in supporting posture—not just in the body, but also the face. You’ll be doing exercises sitting and lying down, so have a gym mat or thick towel ready for comfort. No need for prior experience—all movements are simple and beginner-friendly.

Also, new Glow Boosters are on the way! I hope you enjoyed our ice cube facial last week.
