GLOW BOOSTER vol 3.0 - 5 MINUTES
Green Glow Celery Smoothie—Try out this beautiful green smoothie, my ultimate favourite! Perfect to sip after our 21 minute routine on a morning for extra glow. Celery is not only anti-inflammatory, and good for your health—it also has several benefits for your SKIN!
Here’s a super easy, refreshing smoothie to fuel your glow!
You’ll need these incredients:
handful of celery (frozen)
1 frozen spinach cube or handful of fresh spinach leaves
1 Banana (medium ripe)
+ Your choice of base: water or any milk you love (I often go for almond milk – love the nutty taste!). Add little first, and then adjust to get the texture you like. Personally I like thinner and more drinkable then thick smoothies.
Optional glow extras— add in your favorites:
Chia seeds
Hemp protein
Collagen powder
Ground flaxseed
Spirulina
Today I added hemp, collagen powder & spirulina (which colours the smoothie a bit blue).
Instructions:
Just toss everything in a blender and blend until smooth! If it’s too thick, just add more liquid.
Glow tips:
– I use frozen spinach and celery for a cool, refreshing texture. You can simply chop and freeze them ahead – makes life (and meal prepping) easier.
– I pick medium ripe bananas for that perfect natural sweetness.
