Why have I chosen these routines?
As a Registered Nurse with a holistic mindset, I believe in two things: solid, science-backed evidence — and that feel good factor through an experience. People are more likely to stick to new habits when they understand why they matter. I’ve always been the one asking: “But why? What are the benefits?” So I though it might help you too to stay motivated during these 21 days.
