Here we are—the final week of our 21-day journey! You’ve already built such a beautiful rhythm. Whether every morning has gone smoothly or some felt a little rushed, you showed up, and that’s what matters most.
Now it’s time to lock in the glow and deepen the habit you’ve started. These final days are where consistency turns into confidence—where it starts to feel less like a challenge, and more like your new normal.
This week, we’re adding a little more core and flow into our movement sessions—still gentle, but with an uplifting twist to awaken the body and strengthen from within. As always, everything is beginner-friendly and adjustable to how you feel each day.
