WEEK 4
I hope your first action week went well and you are starting to get to the running flow. This week is great to start paying a bit more attention to your running technique. The golden rule is; if you don´t get problems and your linger runs go well, there is most likely no reason to change anything, BUT running drills aka running technique practices can help you to get faster, and run longer effortlessly.
GOALS
Get to the flow of running by nailing the kilometers.
Get more confident about your running technique, check Running drills* from the side bar.
Keep documenting your running journey, it is a great way to stay passionate about your decision and see yourself progressing.
ACTION PLAN
Keep up with the short run & short movement practice -method: Running plan* + MP1/2*.
TRY the Running drills*, and do them along with the video.
Keep up with the Running journaling*
RUNNING
Get confident with Running drills.
Keep up with the running plan, do not skip any runs.
